DIY: Handpainted Accent Lamps

I enjoyed this project so much that I feel sad every time one of these are sold from my shop. The fabric shade of these simple lamps were perfect canvases for my art. I used sharpie and paint markers to paint them. They were not easy to paint since the fabric had a lot of texture to it. But the outcome was beautiful. 

I have to admit that the black and white one is my absolute favorite even though the colorful ones seem to be the most popular on the shop. Just a few of them are left on IntensePursuits.Etsy.com. I look forward to making more!
