Dwell: 2013's first rose from my terrace

This past week's cool weather was harsh on all my plants except for the rose. It only spread more branches and leaves taking in the cool breeze. There are several buds on the plant but this is the first bloom! Also check out photos from the after rain effect on the trees in the valley adjacent to our apartment. I find it absolutely stunning what a day's rain can do to earth's foliage.
